This calculator illustrates how the compensation tiers work. It is not a projection or a promise of earnings. Earnings come from action takers, and results vary with activity. Team figures use the same package and plan, and leave out the team volume that also counts toward your tier.

Bring in people you would stake your name on. You earn a flat 5% override on what your team earns, at every tier, and their volume counts toward your tier.
Teams that close 15 or more referrals in a month earn a monthly bonus, and the top team of the month is recognized across the network.

Your first team member is onboarded and live. You are named a Builder, because you are now leading, not only referring.

No. You introduce people with your personal link, then our team takes it from there, the consultation, the questions, the close. Pricing, follow up, and quotas are never something you have to handle.
Nothing. There is no fee, no product to buy, and no inventory to carry. Every request is reviewed personally, and a short onboarding call is the only thing between you and your first referral.
As much or as little as you want to give it each week. There is no minimum and no clock to punch. Plenty of brokers run this around a full-time job, entirely on their own schedule. Accounts with no referrals after 60 days get a check in, and after 90 days are reviewed.
Bring in people you trust and you earn a flat 5% override on everything they close, on top of your own commissions, at every tier from Broker to Platinum. Their volume counts toward yours too, which is how brokers at the top of this network scale past what one person can close alone.

No, and that is the point. Brokers are independent contractors, not employees of SmartPerson Financial. You set your own hours, answer to no one but yourself, and your rate keeps climbing the more you close. An independent contractor agreement and a W-9 are signed before your link goes live.
No. You are an independent contractor making introductions, not giving financial advice, so no license or certification is required to start. Everything you need to represent the program well is covered during onboarding.
This runs on your schedule, not the other way around. Most brokers introduce people between meetings, after work, or on weekends. There is no quota, no manager, and nothing to show up for except the conversations you were already having.
